1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
When I discovered the joy of exercise, I lost over sixty pounds, became a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, and created Barbell Barbie Fitness. I now help women achieve their health goals. It might surprise you that I was once intimidated by the weight room. The thought of huge men lugging around dumbbells frightened me, not to mention the fact that I didn't know how to use all the fancy machines. I wish I had worked up the courage to learn about weight-bearing exercise in high school so that I could have been a positive influence for others early on.

2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
As I have a loved one deploying soon to the most dangerous country in the world for Christians, the issue of religious persecution and discrimination is very personal to me. It is continually worsening. The most important thing for us to do is pray for our brothers and sisters in the United States and abroad. Additionally, due to the fact that the United States is the only country in the world whose citizens have the right of free speech, we must be courageous enough to stand up for biblical values.

3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
It is a tradition that my husband and I take turns picking our vacation destination each year. Rich and I both enjoy nature, and our favorite place we have visited so far is Yellowstone National Park. We also love being advocates for people with disabilities and providing resources for them. It is our dream to travel to the Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand within the next year.

4.What is the most random fact you know?
My twenty-ninth year has been the best of my life. It has been a time of growth and discovery for my family. My son, Buck, just turned two and is beginning to learn about the world. My husband and I are using life experiences to instill in him the values of servant-leadership, hard work, and simply being a good person. Although I am content now, I am looking forward to thirty. (Hopefully, I won't have to change diapers anymore.)
