I absolutely love to bake, but the guilty pleasure in that is I will always have my music blaring on my headphones, as I dance and sing along in the kitchen. My favorite people/bands to listen and dance to while I am cooking up a storm are Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Backstreet Boys, Maroon 5 and NSYNC.
Growing up my father was a mechanic because he had a passion for classic and muscle cars, a love for cars that he tried to instill in my five siblings and me. I did developed a great love and appreciation for cars, I enjoy going to car shows, classic cars like a two toned turquoise/white ’55 Belair, and any old VW Beetle, my red Volkswagen convertible happens to be my favorite!
Fall! Utah has the most amazing fall colors the bright red, orange and yellows are to die for. I just wish fall lasted a little longer. The best fall color is Aspen yellow; there is something about looking up at the mountains and seeing all the yellow with spots of green pine trees that just makes you feel lost in the beauty of nature.
Growing up in Utah there are so many things to do it the great outdoors. Therefore I spent most of my childhood outside, camping, playing sports, fishing, hiking, hunting, and skiing. But if I have to choice one thing it would probably be hiking with my fabulous dog (women’s best friend) Trooper, my year and a half old Yellow Lab.
